Yoga Pose: Giraffe Pose
Put one foot forward and one back. Lift up your arms like a very long giraffe’s neck. Munch munch munch all the leaves all the way down to the floor.

Breath Play: Arm Stretch and Wiggle
Clap your hands one time, clasp your fingers together, stretch out as far as you can. Take a deep breath in, let it out, and round your back. Let your hands go, and give your arms a good wiggle.
