Yoga Pose: Bat Pose
Turn around and take your legs a little bit wider, then fold all the way forwards, placing your hands on your legs. Look through your legs and wave! Hello!

Breathplay: Hot Soup
Sit up tall and hold your body still. Pull your belly in and pretend you’re holding a hot cup of soup. Breathe in, and as you breathe out say it’s h-h-h-h-h-o–t. Put your soup down.
