Opening Song: Come Along and Sing With Me
(tune: Mary Had a Little Lamb)
Come along and sing with me, sing with me, sing with me.
Come along and sing with me, on a sunny Tuesday.

Come along and clap with me . . .
Come along and jump with me…
Come along and stretch with me . . .
Come along and sit with me…

Rhyme: Can You Guess the Color?
Can you guess the color?
Is the answer in your head?
It’s the color of an apple,
And that color is – Red!

Can you guess the color?
Can your answer true?
It’s the color of the big sky,
And that color is – Blue!

Can you guess the color?
But please don’t be slow.
It’s the color of sunshine,
And that color is – Yellow!

Can you guess the color?
It’s a color that you’ve seen.
It’s the color of the tall grass,
And that color is – Green!

Can you guess the color?
Can you guess just right?
It’s the color of a fluffy cloud,
And that color is – White!

Have you guessed the colors?
Did you guess each one?
I hope you guessed the colors,
Because now this rhyme is done.

Movement Song: Wash Your Head Shoulders Knees & Toes
Wash your head, shoulders, knees, and toes
Knees and toes
Wash your head, shoulders, knees, and toes
Knees and toes
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose
Wash your head, shoulders, knees, and toes
Knees and toes

Movement Song: If You Are Wearing Red Today
If you are wearing RED today,
Red today, red today.
If you are wearing read today,
Stand up and shout HOORAY!
Poem: Colors
When I paint with yellow,
Topped with red,
The colors do change
To what color instead?

I can mix together blue,
And add red to get,
A very awesome shade
Of purple-violet!

One more mix to make
Where I paint with yellowm
Then add blue,
The color I get is green like grass that grew!

Movement Rhyme: Open Shut Them
Open, shut them.
Open, shut them.
Give a little clap.
Open, shut them.
Open, shut them.
Put them in your lap.
Creep them, creep them up to your chin.
Open your mouth, but do not let them in!
Open, shut them.
Open, shut them.
Put them in your lap.

Closing Song: We Wave Goodbye Like This
We wave goodbye like this
We wave goodbye like this
We clap our hands for all our friends
We wave goodbye like this
